PARANG KENCANA offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders dispatched to any destinations in Indonesia. Deliveries are made between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 7 working days after your order has been placed to receive your order.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize time taken for delivery.
PARANG KENCANA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by PARANG KENCANA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

ALTERATIONS POLICIES :
- Service Scope & Availability
- Complimentary or paid basic alterations (e.g., trouser hemming, waist adjustments) are offered on full-priced items.
- Final sale, clearance, and discounted merchandise may only be altered for an additional fee or are completely non-alterable.
- This services will be provided within 7-14 days after the transactions date.
- Turnaround Time & Fittings
- Standard alterations typically require 7 business days.
- Rush orders are subject to availability and an expedited fee of IDR 100.000- 200.000,-
- Clients must schedule a fitting appointment. Any major changes to your body size or weight after the initial fitting may result in additional tailoring fees.
- Pricing & Payment
- Alteration fees must be paid in full at the time of the fitting or when the garment is dropped off.
- Price quotes are valid for 30 days. If the garment is significantly modified from the original request, prices are subject to adjustment.
- Liability, Unalterable Garments & Refunds
- We execute tailoring as agreed upon during the fitting. However, we are not liable for garments deemed unalterable or damaged due to fabric limitations, preexisting wear, or previous tailoring work.
- Once a garment is altered, it is considered a custom modification. Therefore, altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
- Garment Collection & Abandonment
- Customers will be notified via phone or email once alterations are complete.
- Garments must be picked up within 14 days of notification. Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and donated to local charities.
